RAS/RAF 유명한 kinase → MAP kinase cascade로 항상 묶이는? 그 중에서 RAF 예전부터 허가된 의약품 존재하는 MoA. MAPK signaling pathway: RAS에 의해 BRAF가 phosphorylation & dimerisation/ BRAF→MEK 마지막으로 MEK→ERK 활성화 RAS가 BRAF 활성화시키지 않을 때에는, BRAF+MEK 결합된 상태로 autoinhibition 하고 있다고 함.
