임상 2상 단계에서 당뇨 환자를 대상으로 진행한 임상을 비교해보기로

우선 개노다가 작업을 함. (틀린게 있는것 같기도 하고)

그래프를 눈대중으로 자를 이용해가면서 각 임상시험에서의 Week 4, 8, 12를 구함.

 

GSBR-1290 45mg 이랑 90mg 사이에서 dose dependent response가 없었어서, 이렇게 보니 참 애매하기도 하네

근데 문제는 Orforglipron도 12mg이 Week 12까지 다른 고용량 대비 좋은 부분도 좀 있었음.

(Orfo 12mg 투여군이 Hb1Ac% baseline이 높아서 그런가?)

(GSBR-1290 임상도 몸무게도 상대적으로 적고 Hb1Ac도 상대적으로 낮다고 봐도 될것 같기도 하고)

(근데 GSBR-1290이 dulaglutide 보다는 낫네!)

GSBR-1290 45mg <> Orforglipron 3mg

GSBR-1290 90mg <> Orforglipron 12mg

저리 매칭이 되는것 같은데 n수가 작아서 뭐

 

 

 

임상시험에서 사용되었던 titration scheme

2개 비교하는거 보면 GPCR 임상 titration이 그렇게 빨리 오린것 같지도 않고

 

 

초기 단계의 MAD를 비교해봐야겠다.

체중 감소는 동일한 수준이 맞는것 같음.

근데 문제는 AE가 nausea, vomitting이 비교가 안되게 계속 많음.

이렇게 보니까 titration 차이에 따라서 AE 빈도가 조금 감소하는것 같기도 함.

(그렇다면 GSBR-1290은 어느정도로 titration을 해야 efficacy & safety를 모두 만족할 수 있을까?)
